Great Harvest Bread is partnering with Patricia Katopes, owner of Patty Cakes Cupcakes.
Patricia Katopes started Patty Cakes Cupcakes in January of 2012. She was taking cake decorating classes as early as age 12 and has always enjoyed pouring her creativity into the love of baking. In May of 2010 she started a new chapter in her life as a single mother and knew it was time to get busy creating a successful business for her children and herself.
She followed the belief do what you’re good at…do what you love and allow the rest to fall into place! If you enjoy our cupcakes please spread the word! After just two months into her business, she appeared on and won the Food Network's "Cupcake Wars."
For both Great Harvest and Patty Cakes Cupcakes, it was perfect connection...she was baking at home and we had a bakery. Now her cupcakes are baked daily on-site using all-natural ingredients and are available throughout the day. As of August 2012 she is baking her delicious creations in the Great Harvest kitchens daily and she will be introducing more flavors with the seasons so watch the bakery and her website for the latest news.
