is a dream come true — our dream! We’ve been
milling wheat and making bread for family and friends for
many years. Our passion for great tasting, nutritious bread,
and our desire to run a community-based business, led us
to Great Harvest. They have been making great bread for communities
across the U.S. for over 25 years.
Your West Cobb Great Harvest
looks like no other Great Harvest out there. We operate under
a “Freedom Franchise.” The “Freedom” part
means that we get to run our business in a way that meets
our community’s unique needs. The “Franchise” part
gives us access to the recipes and processes that GH has
continuously improved for over two decades. The result is
breads and sweets that will knock your socks off!
West Cobb has been our home for over a
decade. Several years ago we made the decision to pursue
our dream. So, we said good-bye to Corporate America, kicked
the suit and tie and are now up to our elbows in dough. We’re
excited to bring this tradition to you, our neighbors and
friends.

At Great Harvest, we're dedicated to the traditional ways
of bread making. We're a 'low tech,' old fashioned, scratch
bakery. We use pure, wholesome ingredients. We add no fats,
oils or preservatives. Each loaf is kneaded by hand. It takes
 time and a lot of work, but we truly enjoy keeping things
deliciously simple
Our flour is the heart and soul of our
bread. That's why we're both bakers and millers. At the crack
of dawn each morning, we stone grind high protein Montana
spring wheat into the freshest flour possible. Nothing's
added or removed. This is the magic of whole
grain breads and sweets.
That gives each loaf a pure, rich wheat flavor you'll never
taste from flour that's days old.
You can always stop in for a free, thick
slice of fresh bread from our breadboard, and stick around
for a while to enjoy the sights and smells of our fresh bread
baking. Hungry for a sandwich? We serve sandwiches 11am-3pm
daily.
